Announcing a Series of March Writing Classes

This month, the 85K Writing Challenge and writing coach E.J. Runyon have partnered to bring a series of Bridge to Story lessons to the 85K writing community.

Our first “Your Writing Coach For A Day” lesson topic is the ever popular Showing Versus Telling. We’ll cover tips for beginners, intermediate writers, and those who feel they’re headed toward mastering what they do.

“Remember to rebuild scenes that will engage a reader like straight narration rarely can. Focus on taking that first draft of narration and, through revision (re-seeing), move on to the second step of turning it back into the visual, visceral, and physical scene you first experienced in your mind.”
– EJ Runyon

Future lessons include Story Elements, Character, and Dialogue. Cast your vote below for the specific topic you wish discussed during each lesson.

Something for everyone. There is no cost to enjoy these classes.
